The Blue Ash Civic League makes your event
simple professional accessible

Our hall is excellent for banquets, meetings, graduations, birthdays, small weddings, and most other occasions. Our event space can handle most gatherings up to 80 people. Wifi and other amenities available.

Hall rental rates:

Sunday – Thursday — $300 refundable deposit due at contract signing. $400 rent payable 30 days prior to the event.

Friday and Saturday— $300 refundable deposit due at contract signing. $550 rent payable 30 days prior to the event.

Deposits will be refunded within 30 days after the event assuming no damage is done to the hall nor extraordinary clean up required.

All rentals are from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM.

Maximum occupancy is 80 with full tables and chairs, 170 with chairs only, and 238 standing. For most uses, clients find our space comfortable with 100 or fewer guests.

Space done simply

We are a small to medium-sized event space. We have our own large parking lot and a full kitchen with fridge. We are wheelchair accessible (NOT ADA-compliant).

We are here for Blue Ash

The Blue Ash Civic League, incorporated in 1944, was preceded by the Blue Ash Improvement League which began to meet in 1939 and the Good Citizens League which began meetings in the 1920s. These civic organizations have served the Blue Ash community since the early 1900s providing civic, social, and community services.

The Civic League supports several worthwhile causes in the community.

Organizations: American Legion 630, Blue Ash Wellness Community, Sycamore Senior Center, UC Blue Ash scholarships, the Blue Ash Memorial Day Parade, youth sports teams, PTO service programs, Operation Giveback, and many other causes as the needs arise.

We proudly charter and support 2 BSA Scouting units:

Boy Scout Troop #299 (Blue Ash Recreation Center)
Cub Scout Pack #179 (Blue Ash Elementary)

The Blue Ash Civic League will continue to encourage and promote the civic advancement of the City of Blue Ash and the welfare of its merchants and residents.
